Logan's Roadhouse Experience Design

Logan's Roadhouse reached out to Sparks Grove to help redesign the restaurant experience by building on recent efforts to rebrand and reposition the struggling steakhouse chain. We journey mapped the customer experience, isolated key moments that matter, and concepted several ways to infuse the Logan's brand in meaningful and memorable ways. Not only did I help secure the business with the initial pitch, but I continued to work on the project team to interview key stakeholders, design the journey map, definite the brand opportunities, and develop the chosen concepts.
